Luxury car maker Pininfarina, a Mahindra group company, on Tuesday, unveiled its luxury electric vehicle Battista, the most powerful electric car, at Geneva Motor Show.
The hypercar will have a separate motor for each wheel that, collectively, deliver up to 1900bhp and 1696lb ft. Pininfarina says that will be good enough for a sub-2sec 0-62mph time, 0-186mph in under 12sec and a top speed of around 217mph.

The Battista also received inputs from the Mahindra Racing Formula E team during its development, Mahindra’s Formula E division excels in electric car racing at the global level and has many wins to its credit till date. The Battista also gets ‘natural sound’ and not any recorded artificial sound. The bodywork of the Battista gets tuned to provide a unique sound experience in the vehicle.

Interestingly, the driver will be able to choose a bespoke sound that will be generated through the combination of wind noise, airflow, HVAC system, electric motors, and the carbon monocoque resonance. Now that’s some interesting technology which makes us feel proud of the company.
The car will have a zero-emissions range of over 300 miles. It will deliver a level of performance that is “unachievable today in any road-legal sports car featuring internal combustion engine technology
Pininfarina design director Luca Borgogno says of the Battista:

“We wanted Battista to be very Italian, with sensual curves to give back a feeling of the cars of the ’60s and the moment in time when sensual design in cars was to the fore and when Pininfarina really became iconic. The body form speaks this Italian language.”
Not that it matters what I want with such an exclusive performance and hype beast, of which there’ll only ever be 150 made, and each will cost a dizzying $2.6 million.

Mars orbiter mission

The Mars mission was the most ambitious mission that was done by the ISRO and the chance of succeeding the mission was less than 10 percent in total. The mission was designed to operate in mars for up to 2 years but the mission is still sending scientific data that can be used by the scientist to study the composition of the martian atmosphere. The mars orbiter mission was launched in 2013 and it reached the red planet by 2014 . It had traveled 450 million km to the red planet and it reached the red planet about the week after the NASA mission to the moon maven. This mission was very hard as the people at ISRO didn't have prior experience to do an interplanetary mission to any other planet at all.And this was a mission which was never undertaken by the ISRO scientists. The MOM orbiter included a high gain antenna to send the messages to the earth and the propellant tank had enough fuel for doing a 2-year mission to Mars as it took 1 year for it to reach mars . The Mars...
