Venom a notorious villain but in this movie, he is an anti-hero who has a dual identity in the movie. A venom movie based on the popular Spiderman movie is scheduled to hit the cinemas on October 5.

Venom is still a few months out from hitting theaters around the globe, and fans are finally getting a better look at the upcoming Sony movie, featuring a Marvel character, that does not take place in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

About the movie
1. Venom follows journalist Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy) who becomes infected with an alien symbiote, which takes over its human host. Brock struggles to retain his humanity and learns this symbiote gives him superhuman abilities. However, Dr. Carlton Drake (Riz Ahmed) wants the symbiote for himself and will do anything in his power to get it back.

About the trailer
1. The new trailer that came with this movie the first one gave us a slight insight on venom how the character looks and how tom hardy would look in this film but with certain that he has proven to be a perfect fit to be the venom and is able to pull off the notorious feel and is able to act on it perfectly.

2. The second trailer that came actually gave us an insight on how the venom without his iconic logo of spider will look but the way he is presented on screen and the way he talks is very much natural and certainly shocked many people who were very skeptical and had doubts on this movie.

                             

The director wants to tap into Venom’s dark backstory.

1. Ruben Fleischer, late of “Zombieland” and “Gangster Squad,” is handling “Venom” — and sounds excited about it. “There’s a dark element to [Venom] and a wit that has always appealed to me,” he told Variety last year. Fleischer also added that he wants to explore the Jekyll-and-Hyde dynamic between Brock and Venom.

“They become almost a third being, which is what Venom is,” Fleischer added. “There’s a famous quote: ‘You’re Eddie Brock. I’m the symbiote. Together we are Venom.’

Backstory.

1. First introduced in a 1992 issue of The Amazing Spider-Man, Carnage is an offspring of the Venom symbiote that bonded with Kasady and lacks any moral foundation whatsoever. One of Spider-Man and Venom’s most dangerous, unpredictable foes, Carnage is a superpowered psychopath who wields all of the same powers as Venom and embraces — rather than fights to control — the bloodlust brought on by the alien symbiote.
